I was finally able to jerry-rig a Google Drive-Hosted website using a nifty Google Script found
here, and then redirecting it to
chromeoverload.co.nr. I am currently coding the HTML for the page itself. I've finished the topbar for the home screen so far. I'll probably explain this project more in-depth once the whole website is finished and polished.
